As Executive Director of the Livonia Spree:

• Kayleigh oversees a $550,000 budget

• Works directly with 12 board members and 15 committee members and hundreds of volunteers

• Manages all vendor contracts including grounds, safety, carnival rides (60+ contracts)

• Brought back grant and donation program in which the Spree donates over $30,000 back to Livonia

• Works as liaison between the City of Livonia, DPW, LPD and the Spree

• Ensures safety and inclusion
